"Good location and shops nearby."

"We've rented several properties in Waikoloa Resort over the years. Property furniture wasn't lavish but comfortable, which is not always the case. Because of quick turnarounds on properties, I've never found one that didn't have at least one issue. Carpet was older but vacuumed. Kitchen clean and had everything necessary and more.We had two issues. The front or "guest" bathroom floor had several long black hairs scattered on it, so I suspect it wasn't touched in the rush to get everything done....

"Great location in the village, overlooking golf course and a lava field. The unit was clean and well equipped, but the carpet, kitchen and bathroom were a bit dated and tied. Excellent communication with the manager on repairs being done on the outside access hallway and for checkin and checkout. Would stay at the unit again. "

"The condo was clean, comfortably and luxe. We were impressed with all the rooms, including decor and accessories. Great location for walking, relaxing by the pool or just a base in between visiting all the island has to offer. Would definitely recommend!"
