Their automated checkin system has never worked, in all the times we've stayed there, however: the front desk is understaffed with generally just one person who is often quite harried. Company needs to ditch that automated system. "

"We were there for pleasure, having attended a show at The Met. Finding the hotel was nearly impossible due to lack of sinage. We needed to have their desk person stay on the phone to help us through every turn. He was very helpful. Parking was very challenging since we arrived late at night.
