Situated in an elevated position with far-reaching sea views across the renowned surfing beach of Polzeath, this magnificent, contemporary seaside getaway provides the perfect setting for a coastal escape with family and friends. Situated on the north coast of Cornwall, the small seaside village of Polzeath is a paradise for surfers and beach lovers alike. Whether it’s with sandcastle building and rock pooling or invigorating surf and bodyboarding sessions amongst the waves, Polzeath Beach, less than half a mile away, offers something for everyone to enjoy. Keen walkers can join the South West Coast Path on the doorstep; walk up to Pentire Headland (1.5 miles) to spot glimpses of the local seals and dolphins. Discover the beaches of Greenaway (1.5 miles) and Daymer Bay (1.5 miles), and the estuary village of Rock (3 miles), where you can ride the ferry across the Camel Estuary to Padstow.
Kick off your shoes and set down your beach gear in the stylish entrance hallway before washing off sandy toes in the stylish wet room or family bathroom on this level. Outside, the enclosed, west-facing lawned front garden with a covered patio terrace offers a peaceful retreat to enjoy a spot of al fresco dining. The patio extends around to the side of the house, leading to the front door and an outside shower, ideal for avid coastal explorers to wash off after a morning’s surf. Taking full advantage of the stunning coastal views, the two sea-facing balconies on the first and second floors provide ample space for sun loungers and outdoor dining furniture. There is also an additional balcony at the rear of the building, accessible via the kitchen on the first floor; this quiet spot benefits from the morning sunlight. Additionally, outside, there is private parking for up to five cars at the front of the property.
