"Clean room. Helpful staff. Good breakfast and coffee set up. Great location for walks and close to both metro and train station."

"Generally a nice stay. Pro's: 1. Excellent location. Withing the new town, walkable to pretty much everywhere within 10 mins. Right opposite a supermarket, which was very useful. 2. Rooms are clean and decent amenities in the room including a Nespresso machine. Bed is comfy. AC in room very good. Shower is excellent. Cons: 1. The breakfast is average if you are a vegetarian. I have had better breakfasts overall in Prague (i.e. at the Grandior Hotel). I don't see the need to add bacon to everyrhing. The 2-3 vegi choices are average and vary. One day there were mushrooms, beans, hash brown/potato pancake and boiled broccoli (the best day), while on another day there was only some wedges and sauted veggies (which were contaminated as some moron used the bacon utensils to take the wedges, with bits of bacon dropping in there). Overall, 5/10 for breakfast if you're a vegetarian/vegan, otherwise 6.5/10 if you eat meat. 2. Better wardrobe space in the room or drawers would have been useful. Body lotion would also have been nice."

"Rooms were clean and spacious, however they didn’t offer any complimentary water! Breakfast was ok, the same for the duration of our stay. Good location, with plenty of restaurants."

"First, the pictures shown on the listing are completely MISLEADING! There are as many photos of the “spa” or more than of the hotel. The main picture shows the spa which is somewhere downstairs. It leads one to believe it’s the front desk area. If only the rooms were as bright as depicted in the photos, especially the interior rooms which overlook the exterior of the dingy walls of the other inside rooms. Imagine a dark courtyard of walls and a roof. The furniture, while supposed to fit the decor of the hotel is dark & in overall poor condition It was all nicked up and looks like it came from a thrift store. The photographer who took these images should be proud of his photoshop skills because he surely went above and beyond in making the place look like something other than what it really looks like in person. Thankfully the bathroom was in good condition, the only highlight of the room. The staff was not the least bit welcoming, and while the breakfast was good the staff in the upstairs and downstairs dining area was downright rude. Nothing like getting talked down to for putting a piece of “non” toasting bread in, of all things, a TOASTER! Do your homework before booking a stay here which I found to be very disappointing. "

"Really good location just away from the city center but not far, very well connected by public transport, good restaurants around, very short tram ride away to main attractions. Breakfast options are very good, happy hour runs during specific time in the evening if you happen to stay innthe hotel, really excellent choice "

"Friendly staff, convenient location, nearby nice restaurants and public transportation. Close to famous old town square and Charles Bridge. "

"A sun-filled apartment with great views of the river and the old town on the opposite bank; great location, with easy walk to everything and yet not in a crowded central area. Our windows were toward the road with the tram, but the sound insulation is so good there is no road noise. There is a kitchenette with a fridge, stovetop and espresso maker. The bathroom has a real door and a fan. The dining table could be a bit bigger, and it would be useful to have more hooks for towels and jackets (there is a total of one hook in the bathtroon and one ikea coat stand, for 4 people in the apartment). No air conditioning (but we visited in cool season so it wasn't a problem). Communication with the reception is via direct email or text (to which they reply immediately); do not rely on messaging inside hotels.com. If we ever get to visit Prague again we'll choose this place again."
