The newly furnished house is located in a quiet location in the wonderful mountains of the Karwendel. The apartment has a barrier-free separate entrance.
It has a bedroom with two beds (also possible separately), a living room with a high quality sofa bed for 1-2 persons, small fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet, storage room, cloakroom and private terrace.
The apartment is 40m² in size.
In the bedroom and in the living room there is a flat screen TV and I-Net access.
The apartment is centrally located and invites to countless excursions and hikes in the surrounding area. In summer you can do many different tours. The Engalm, the Gramaialm or the nearby Achensee invite you for a leisurely trip.
Even in winter we are very central to the family ski areas such as Stans, Weerberg or Kellerjoch in Schwaz. To the big ski areas like the Zillertal we are only 30 km away.
