"The rooms were very clean and had great amenities. After the first day when my air-conditioning was a little fickle, the management and hotel staff were super responsive and moved me into another room while I figured out what was happening with the air-conditioning. The pool and gym were great additions. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and had a wide variety."

"One of the best hotel options in Vitoria. High quality service as you’d expect from the Sheraton brand, clean and comfortable rooms with great views sea views. Gym and roof top pool area are great (albeit the pool area is fairly compact and can get busy at peak times). Location also very good for everything you need in Vitoria"

A equipe da recepção é excelente, o quarto estava limpo, fica na mesma rua do convento, tem uma churrascaria na mesma rua, tem um bar quase ao lado do hotel que serve prato executivo, sanduíche e espetinho a noite. Disponibilizam filtros de água. O café da manhã eu achei ótimo em relação ao custo da diária."
