Outstanding house, excellent location. Clean and comfortable. Easily sleeps 6 full size adults, was more than large enough for our family of four. Perfect back deck off the kitchen, excellent kitchen with everything needed there. Amazing rental with wonderful location. One street to the sand, just a few minutes to wonderful restaurants and fun

Phenomenal stay

We couldn’t have Ben with our accommodations! They had everything we needed and more! The only negative was the marathon that was going on Sunday morning and we had a hard time finding our way out of the neighborhood to church! We loved everything about the house and would definitely stay here again!

Location is nice close to ocean

We enjoyed the location being a short walk to the ocean. Our issue was with the noise from the upstairs tenant, beyond their control. Because it is an older home you hear walking around, cabinets closing, doors etc. Normally this would not be an issue but because our travel was due to unexpected repairs on our home, we had our dogs with us. Our dogs were quite anxious with the noise making us cut our time in half leaving two days early. Although it is dog friendly, I would suggest leaving the pups at home if renting this location.

VB North End

A great location, large fenced yard, dog friendly. Older home so just be prepared for that. Lots of instructions / owners notes and cabinets / family photographs which is not typical for most vrbos in my experience. Mattresses could use an upgrade and no privacy in the twin bedroom. Really functional for our party of 4, and can’t beat the location / parking / yard

September at Beach

Great place to bring our dog. Had to walk across Atlantic Ave. to get to the beach, but it wasn’t a problem. Fun to people watch from deck as access road is busy with people taking walks and biking. Would stay again.

Aniversary trip

we enjoyed our stay, i will add the deck was nice but needs some repair. and we were ask to strip beds and vacum ( the vacum was not very user friendly) and this should be part of why we pay cleaning fee.

Great location!

Love the north end of Virginia Beach and loved the fact that we were able to rent this home for three nights rather than a full week. It was perfect for our needs!

Clean, comfortable, and well equipped!!!

This place is adorable and was well organized and clean! I have back issues and the beds were outstanding. Super easy walk to the beach which wasn’t crowded in this area. Met the owner and you can feel the pride she takes in this sweet place. Would recommend a couple extra towels but not a huge deal, we just threw in the dryer to be able to use for our evening shower. Will absolutely look into staying again! Only con is that the property manager is horrible about responding. Question on vrbo was never answered, called with no answer or return call, emailed and got a response day of check in which was pointless. Responded and it was two days after before she messaged again. Not how I would want my property handled but thankfully for the owner, the property was still worth the inconvenience of the property manager.

Beach House

The location was great and so close to the beach. My only complaint would be that we had to strip our beds, take out the trash and make sure we ran the dishwasher. It makes me wonder why I paid so much for the cleaning fees. There was a broken tile on the bathroom floor that my mother cut her foot on but other than that it was a cute house with plenty of room.

Perfect location for a week at the beach

As our first trip back to Virginia Beach since before the pandemic, this was the perfect place for our group of 6. The house had everything we needed, and was super convenient to the beach. Loved everything about it!

Wedding Weekend

The home was beautiful and charming, beds were so comfy, area was absolutely perfect. The gardens were an extra added benefit that was perfectly maintained and gorgeous to look at....what a peaceful place. The owner was welcoming and kind. I would recommend this home to anyone. The beach is a few minutes walk down the road. Thank you for the stay...would love to stay again! Terri

Perfect for our family

4 adults and a toddler had a wonderful time at this rental. It was spacious, clean, and well appointed. We wish we could have stayed longer! The only thing we would have liked was an option for privacy for the twin bed room such as a room divider or curtain for the glass doors. Also 9am check out is very early! The homeowner is very nice and you will likely cross paths during your visit. We look forward to booking here again!

Such a cute seaside retreat

This place had everything we needed and then some. The house is very clean and the decorating is perfect for a seaside retreat. We met the owner Sharon and she couldnt have been nicer. My father walks with a cane and has difficulty getting around. He had no problems at all. We will definately check to see if this house is available for our next visit to see family in Virginia. Thank you for a lovely, memoral time.

Comfortable apartment near beach

This three-bedroom apartment is on the ground floor of a large house on the west side of Atlantic Ave. There is a quiet tenant upstairs. The house is a beautiful, older property that is well maintained. Lovely hardwood floors and baseboard moldings. Very nice deck and porch swing that look out over Atlantic Ave. The access road is between you and the busy road, so noise is not an issue. If you like the quiet north end of Virginia Beach this property is a good choice. One caution: The third bedroom has glass French doors off the living room so there is not much privacy for the folks in that room.
