At 10am the day I was supposed to arrive, they ran my credit card, it declined, and instead of contacting me to see if I would be using another payment, they instead canceled my reservation WITHOUT TELLING ME they were cancelling. I DID NOT receive a text message, phone call or email of their decision to cancel. Instead, I found out at 9:00pm when I finally arrived that they had canceled and I had to find another place to stay. I will NEVER make another reservation at a Best Western every again.
