Holiday house for 6 people in La Viñuela, Province of Málaga, Andalusia.

The house is located in the middle of nature near the white village of La Viñuela, with the famous reservoir, and has its own pool with beautiful views of the mountains of the Sierra de Tejeda natural park. The La Viñuela reservoir is 5 minutes away by car or a pleasant walk of about an hour. The villa is only 700 meters from the main road, but due to its location you can only hear the birds.

The lounge is air-conditioned, cozy and modern. It has a three seater leather sofa, a comfortably roomy leather armchair, and 2 other fabric armchairs, plus of course a large flat screen smart TV. In the dining room there is a modern glass table with six seats. For the colder winter nights there is also a pellet fireplace.

The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped. A double oven, microwave, spacious fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Kitchen utensils such as: toaster, hand blender, juicer, kettle, coffee maker, ironing equipment.

The master bedroom has an oversized ensuite bathroom, double sinks and walk-in shower with a large private balcony. From the double bed there is a beautiful view of the surroundings.

The second room: equipped with a double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub, sink and also a beautiful balcony.

The third room is equipped with 2 single beds, has a sink and shower. This room is located on the ground floor.

All bathrooms have a private toilet and a bidet. There is also a guest toilet on the ground floor. There is air conditioning in each room with a separate fan.

There are several terraces in the villa where there is always a place in the sun or in the shade. There are 6 sun loungers with thick mattresses by the large pool, two beautiful places for breakfast and/or dinner drinks, each with 6 seats, all with unforgettable views.

The access lane is unpaved, characterized by curves and slopes, typical of the mountainous area where the house is located.
