"The reception was really helpful for any requests. All equipment is well maintained and new. I’d recommend and come back to stay when revisit."

"Great place to stay in Hanoi!!! Convenient location, nice facilities, really good breakfast. The Residence feels like home!"

"Great for families"

"The appartment is old and dated. Not much in the room for amenity and the mattresses for both room were so hard like concrete The washing machine kind of work but dryer didn't When we asked for more towels and blanks, pillows we got question alot before they delivered the items which we feel not fair Overall it is Ok experience for it and we don't think we will come back The receptionists are always on the phone and not very helpful"

"Great welcoming, super helpful at the front counter anywhere at the hotel, this was my first trip in Asia I am thrilled by service would come here and stay at the same hotel again for sure You feel like King at the room with all the luxury coper bathtub everything in gold! Just impressive"
