"Nice facilities and warm staff. The breakfast and light dinner were sufficient for full meals for both me and my 8 year old. Loved the indoor/ outdoor pool and overall a nice atmosphere. Conveniently located to many attractions, a short drive from downtown Birmingham and world class shopping close by. Would definitely stay here again."

"Check in was fast and efficient. All staff members were friendly and helpful. Room, bathroom and common areas were clean. Had an issue with the shower head but it was promptly resolved. I asked for a different hair dryer as mine was inoperable but I didn't receive that. I'm sure they got busy and forgot about it and I didn't ask a second time. Property is showing its age but still not bad. The property is in a quiet and safe area. The room was quiet. Did not have breakfast but many people were. Great property for the price and I would stay here again."

"Really enjoyed the complimentary drinks at the bar & breakfast. The advertise balcony is about 1.5 foot wide. Which wasn’t a big deal, just would have enjoyed to sit outside in the mornings. My only complaint really would be regarding the cleanliness of the room. We had fruit flies inside the coffee maker. We had put it outside the room to try and get rid of them in the room, but we had issues with them the entire time. Also, there were dead bugs on the floor along the wall & someone’s dirty under wear hanging on the back of the bathroom door. Other than that, our stay was fine."
