24h Reception was handy when i arrived past midnight. Kind and helpful staff. During My 3 night stay the room was cleaned every day so it was clean and tidy. The bed was very comfortable and i slept very well, it was also very quiet.

The reception team is friendly and assisting. The hotel itself is clean. But I would recommend putting more people at the desk later afternoon. I was waiting for 15 minutes with another guest till poor young receptionist was speaking over the phone with a client. There was noone to help her. Later i called five time to the reception either no answer, obviously the lady was busy with someone else. 4 star hotel cannot have similar situations. Additionally usually 4 star hotel has room service as well as open restaurant. Which was not the option here. The guest sometimes what yo stay in the hotel or room without searching for place to eat. The biggest issue to my opinion is the noise. Soundproofing is very poor. You hear neighbours clearly speaking or using the toilet. In general the hotel is ok if the noise , lack of restaurant is not a problem.

We stayed 8 nights at the Congress Hotel in June. We loved everything about it from their spacious and well-appointed rooms to their tasty breakfasts with something for everyone to their extremely helpful and pleasant staff. The location of the hotel is close to so much in Vilnius. We were able to walk everywhere, even as an older couple. When we return to Vilnius we will stay again at Congress and recommend it highly to anyone.

My stay at the Congress Hotel was absolutely perfect! The location is excellent — safe, central, and with very easy access to public transportation. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to start the day right. All staff were very helpful and friendly, and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Vilnius.

I recently stayed at congress hotel in Vilnius, it’s a really good place to stay, the room was more than I expected!!! It’s only 10 minutes walking distance from historic places like the Vilnius cathedral and only 15 minutes distance from old town. I definitely recommend this place.
