I think the building is older as the room was small and the bathroom is tiny but it is functional and again clean. The lady that checked me in was nice and had info for me. Check out was efficient. Free onsite parking which can be a challenge at some locations so that was good. Overall a good value "

"Have a hard time understanding why this hotel received such high ratings! The pool you think is in the hotel is located on the beach and in it you should be crowded with 1000 other people in.
