"The room and guest service were excellent in all regards. Got off on a shaky foot when staff mistakenly checked me into a room with incomplete renovation in progress. Both the hotel and a next door property were being remodeled and completion was behind schedule. Hotel gave me a free upgrade to a bigger room with a corner view. "

"Friendly staff. Suite was big and nice and clean. Well located in Crema with train station and city centre within 10 minute walk. Continental breakfast selection which was tasty. Bicycle paths everywhere in Crema including straight from the hotel. Bed was large, comforable with a selection of pillows and cushions. Lots of cupboard space for clothing. Really liked my stay here. Recommended A++"

"We loved the staff at the front desk and especially the lead lady in the breakfast room. The room was clean, updated, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was a short walk to the duomo and central piazza. "
