"I don’t normally leave such detailed reviews, but in this case, it’s definitely warranted. Where do I even begin? The Mandarin Oriental, Lake Como was absolutely incredible and, without question, one of the highlights of our entire trip to Italy! We were travelling through Italy and booked only two nights at the Mandarin, but if we were planning the trip again, we would definitely stay at least one night longer. The hotel lived up to its name, which is synonymous with exceptional service, attention to detail, and over the top luxury. As breathtaking as the property is, though, what stood out most was the service and the way the staff made us feel throughout our stay. From the moment we arrived, everyone was warm, welcoming, and attentive. Even more impressive, the staff members we met during check-in made a point of greeting us personally whenever they saw us again. Those small touches made a lasting impression and are exactly what separates great service from truly exceptional hospitality. Everything about our stay, from our room and the food to the floating pool and the spa, felt special. We were genuinely sad when it was time to leave and wished we had booked that extra night. The Mandarin delivered exactly the experience we had hoped for and somehow exceeded it. If you’re considering staying here, do it! It’s definitely a splurge, but for us, it was worth every penny. Next time we’re in Lake Como, we’ll absolutely be back, and staying longer! 5+++ stars!"

"We had two rooms connected, so my two teen boys were in the other room. They had great time ordering room service at night. The private beach was quiet and great and the property was beautiful. I made a reservation for restaurant for each night before I went for the vacation, so we did not have to be on wait list. Overall, it was a great time."
Breda Suites Hotel Milano

"Overall, we had a good stay at Breda Suites Hotel. The location was convenient and close to the city center, which made it easy to explore Milan. Breakfast was one of the highlights! Everything was delicious, and they had an apple bread cake that was absolutely amazing. The walk-in shower was also very spacious and beautifully done—definitely one of the nicest features of the room. There were a few things that could be improved. The AC stayed quite low, so the room felt stuffy at times. We were also only given one room key, and since the key is required to keep the electricity on, it was a little inconvenient when one of us wanted to leave while the other stayed in the room. The room had plenty of space, but the closet/storage layout didn’t make the best use of it. The hotel was also surprisingly difficult for taxis to locate. Maps didn’t pinpoint the entrance/address very well, and on two separate occasions our taxi drivers missed the hotel, so I would recommend allowing a little extra time when being picked up. Despite those inconveniences, we enjoyed the breakfast, spacious room, beautiful shower, and proximity to the city center."

"A basic hotel but perfect really in terms of price and proximity to the metro. Lidl is just up the room too which we didn’t realise until the last night. Rooms were clean and fit for purpose. We didn’t have breakfast."

"Hotel is lovely with crazy golf, a gym and a lovely garden area. However lights on our corridor on floor two were out for the duration of our stay. Informed staff but issue was not rectified. Difficult to access rooms in the dark. Only one waitress employed so could only book dinner one night in the hotel. We were provided with a list of restaurants near by but a car is required. We travelled to three on the list that’s were closed down. Frustrating that they were still provided as an alternative option for food by the hotel."

"Highly Recommended to every one book this hotel without any fear, it’s newly renovated very neat and clean. Breakfast is good too. Reception staff is outclassed specially James, Micheal and 2 girls (sorry forgot their names). Near to Metro and bus station."
