"No support, they declined the reservations and took significant time to sort out the issue. Initially asked to pay extra to do a fresh booking. Hotel team only confirmed its much over price I paid. Pathetic say, wont recommend any one for Parle Inn or Expedia any more in future. Room was also very bad and not matched as shown in photos."

Family room was dusty, tv had dust, bedsheet had food on it, looks like it had not been cleaned for days and they had been keep using same bedsheets and blanket cover. Room had a smell and their hot water is limited for one person. "
