"Give this hotel 5⭐️’s The room was beautiful the bathroom was sleek and very modern, the bed was very comfortable and the entire room was spotless. We booked at this hotel for one night as we were going on a cruise. It was our 10 year anniversary and the hotel has a unique bar/restaurant on the rooftop that overlooks The City. However we found out upon checking in the rooftop bar/ restaurant was closed for renovations. I was so disappointed as it was our actual anniversary the day we checked in. So the management sent up a lovely bottle of wine and a cheese, nuts and fruit plate with a card as well as breakfast on the hotel the following morning for the inconvenience. The breakfast was outstanding!!! Will be returning to Barcelona in 2027 and will again be booking a room at this hotel. Hopefully the rooftop bar/restaurant will be reopened. I also asked staff for directions to a store and they called a cab for me and were just all around really nice people so 5+⭐️’s for their help and pleasantness."

"Lots of construction happening right outside. It's not their fault but be aware. Also search what happens at night at that end of la rambla. I don't judge, but I'm glad mom didn't see it"

"My husband and I had a lovely stay here. They upgraded us to a beautiful, renovated room with a very large terrace and outdoor shower. The room was very clean and the staff was friendly. The hotel is located on a beautiful avenue very close to public transportation and main sights and with lots of shopping. The breakfast was on the pricier side but very good nonetheless. I would definitely stay here again."

"The staff were friendly and the service overall was great. Our room was clean and spacious, with an incredibly comfortable bed, and we were particularly impressed by how completely soundproof the room was. Unfortunately, check-in and check-out were very slow. We waited over 30 minutes in the reception queue to check in, and the check-in process itself was also unnecessarily long. Breakfast was the biggest disappointment. We had the buffet all four mornings, but all drinks — including water, juice and coffee — had to be ordered via table service. Despite ordering as soon as we were seated, every morning our drinks arrived after we had already finished breakfast. It was also extremely difficult to get the staff’s attention to order anything else. There was also a private event by the pool one evening, which appeared to be a wedding. The following morning, the pool area was covered in bits of food and a shocking amount of broken glass, which was particularly concerning around a pool area. Overall, we enjoyed the room and the service was generally very good, but the poor breakfast service, cleanliness around the pool after the event, and the number of badly behaved, screaming children around the pool really let the experience down."
