"Conveniently located where the boat docks, and where the buses/coaches -drop and start from. Walkable to reception where we were handled in a very pleasant manner. Given a Viking room with an excellent view of the waterfalls. Provided with eye masks as they have a skylight. If you like a dark room then you need to use them, as the at this time of year, not very much darkness. Ear plugs were provided as well. "Nice facility "

"Overall very good, but we really wanted to use the indoor playground and couldn’t - the first day there was an event and the playground wasn’t open. When I asked when we could use it, we were told that they could just switch the lights on. So I said that we would come the next morning. Then there was a different person in the reception and we were not let in. We then got into the pool as an alternative at 10:45, but at 11:00 we were asked to leave as the reception was closing. Quite frustrating...

"Nylignoppusset rom med nytt inventar og gode senger. Kunne vore en lampe for hyggelig belysning i tillegg til over nattbord og tak. kunne hengt opp litt bilder for å gjøre rommet koselig. Fin utsikt til vann. God mat på buffet både til frokost og middag"
