We really loved the history and decor at this hotel. Staff were both friendly and helpful, when needed. Lots of breakfast choices, a decent restaurant on site and a very short walk to the subway/bus/tram station. We will stay here again and will recommend to friends.

Good value for money, good location

This hotel has a good location, only about 5 minutes walk from the Margaretengürtel U-bahn station, and there are also bikeshare bicycles at that station. I arrived in the morning and they were able to give me an early checkin, which was very much appreciated. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and the reverse cycle air conditioner worked well on the days when it was hot. The breakfast was pretty good and part of the room rate, which was nice. Overall for the price, this is an excellent option, and, as a regular traveller to Vienna, this may be my new "home" hotel.

Everything great except the curtains

Everything was great except the curtains which let loads of light through. Woke up every morning when the sun rose because the room is too bright.

Roligt område trods trafikalt centrum. 5-10 min gang til off. transport. Familiehotel med hjertevarm gæstfrihed og stor hjælpsomhed !! Intet hotelsnobberi ! Efter 3 ophold føler man sig som en del af familien! Absolut et hotel for voksne der ønsker fred og ro på ferien!! Lokalitet IKKE EGNET for bilferie da Wien er bedst for lokalkendte !! Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Das Essen im Restaurant hat uns nicht geschmeckt. Das Zimmer war sehr klein und sehr spartanisch eingerichtet. Das Bad hat keine Tür. Das Bett war bequem und das Zimmer sehr ruhig.

Unscheinbares Hotel in guter Lage

Perfekte Anbindung an die U-Bahn. Zimmer sind etwas klein, aber alles sauber. Rezeption ist nicht ständig besetzt. Frühstück sehr reichlich.

Das Hotel befindet sich in einer ehemaligen Fabrik. Die Fenster unseres Zimmers zeigten zu einem ansprechend gestalteten Innenhof. Das Vorderhaus schirmt das Hotel wirksam gegen den auf dem Gumpendorfer Gürtel herrschenden Verkehrslärm ab, so dass wir bei geöffneten Fenstern sehr gut geschlafen haben. Zwei U-Bahn- und Straßenbahnhaltestellen liegen nur wenige hundert Meter vom Hotel entfernt. Von dort sind das Zentrum der Stadt, aber auch Ziele im Westen der Stadt nach kurzer Fahrt erreichbar. Das familiengeführte Hotel bietet in persönlicher Atmosphäre einen guten und zeitgemäßen Komfort. Die Zugewandtheit des Personals ist besonders beim Frühstücken, aber auch in dem separaten Speiselokal am Eingang zum Innenhof spürbar.

朝ごはんは良いし、静かで、スタッフも親切です。チップを置いておいても、もっていってくれない。笑 オーストリアのホテル全般にそうかもしれないですが、残念なのは、什器が全然ない。ティッシュペーパーや靴クリーナーや靴ベラ、ポット、冷蔵庫、歯ブラシなど、北米や日本の一般的なホテルにあるものはありません。

ホテルの敷地に入るとすぐ素敵な空間が広がっています。中庭が素晴らしく、部屋の窓から眺める時間は至福のひとときでした。 受付はじめスタッフの方も親切ですし、朝食は卵を好きな食べ方で調理してもらえます。 次回もぜひ利用したいと思います。

国立歌劇場や楽友協会などからは少し距離がありますが，地下鉄の駅が近くにあるので便利です。スーパーやコンビニも近くにあります。 部屋はとても清潔でした。冷蔵庫は備え付けではありませんが，フロントで貸してくれます。 一番よかったのは，フロントの方をはじめ朝食会場の方や清掃員の方などが皆フレンドリーで親切だったことです。おかげで気分良く新年を迎えられました。ありがとうございました。またウィーンに滞在する際にはお世話になります。 他に日本人は見かけませんでしたが，とてもおすすめです。

Das Hotel war an sich super, aber die Umgebung ist ziemlich unangenehm. Ich war alleine in der Stadt und habe mich auf dem Weg von der Ubahn zum hotel unsicher gefüllt.

Quiet and clean hotel in a former factory building. Both underground and trams within a short walking distance. Good breakfast and friendly staff. Large rooms with windows to the courtyard. Comfortable beds.
