From Vienna International Airport, you can take the S-Bahn line S7 or the S-Bahn line S2 towards Wien Mitte/Landstraße.
Get off at the Wien Mitte/Landstraße station.
There, you can change to the U3 subway line (towards Ottakring) and get off at Herrengasse.
From Herrengasse subway station, Judenplatz is just a short walk away.
