"This was my favorite stay in Santiago. The location is amazing! Everything is walking distance. The streets are lively even at night. The streets are filled of shops and restaurants. Breakfast is included in the restaurant next door and the food is incredible. They also give you 20% off at the restaurant and at an ice cream shop nearby. One thing though, the hotel is a walk up. There are no elevators. This was not a problem for me as the staff helped me bring up my luggage and helped me bring it down. I would absolutely stay here again."

"Clean, good WiFi and friendly helpful staff on reception. There weren’t blackout blinds despite what the listing said and it wasn’t as nice as the photos on the listing (mine was a different room to those listed). Most disappointingly was the lack of communication after I arrived. I asked for help with how to use the oven and had no response for the remaining 3 nights I stayed there so I was unable to use it. Location wasn’t the best for seeing the city in my opinion and walking to the metro didn’t feel overly safe."
