"Lovely room in the annex. Unfortunately let down by what appears to be severe cost cutting . No shampoo, conditioner or body lotion in the room. Very loor breakfast. Pre made coffee in an urn, undrinkable. Bored staff, empty orange juice and blueberry joghurt bowl for our whole breakfast, 3 staff ..."

"We booked 2 rooms by mistake, that's on me. I did not check both of them, but the one we did use was very underwhelming. The house itself is ok, if a bit sterile. But it hadn't been cleaned properly as the floor was dirty, the shower has soap residues and there was a good amount of dust everywhere. ..."
