"Excellent restaurant. Staff really helpful. Free car parking. Rooms big. Easy walk to Gallery Walk where you can find shops and restaurants. Tamborine is busy in the day, but fairly quiet in the evenings. Having said that - later in the week there are still several choices open for eating and drinking at night, including The Manor. This is a historic building, so some fixtures / fittings are old, just so other visitors are aware."

"It took us one night to adjust to the noise from the highway nearby. Apart from that nice and peaceful. Room was serviced only once during our four-night stay, would have been appreciated if it was done each day. No information on the rules and where things are. Some non-applicable rules were on the door encouraging us to ignore everything else including wi-fi. Detergent could have been provided for washing dishes.. Not required if the room is serviced on weekends."

"Small but comfy and affordable stay at Tamborine. Liked having a breakfast/lunch and ice cream place around the corner. And the hiking trail across the street. Very dark at night -- good view of the stars."

"Such a relaxing stay in these very private, very large motel-room like 1/2 cabins that have their own carport and covered outside sitting area. Loved looking out over the green grassy slope and seeing kangaroos morning and late afternoon. A very quiet and peaceful place. Bonus having an amazing restaurant here too."
