"Honestly the rooms are pretty clean. But old and beat up for sure. the price was great, And it's like a block and a half from the pier and downtown. There's a fish taco place right down the street. A pizza place. Ventura is amazing. "

"Clean, comfortable & kitchen had all you need to cook a meal. Nice patio with a bbq and hot tub. Close to beaches and marinas. Would definitely stay here again. The only thing lacking is the pull out bed was very uncomfortable, but they always are! "
