Although the person which we sent texts to was attentive, our AC in the living room did not work, the hot water in the shower was just cold- which after 2 ice cold showers, we called them late and they fixed it. They also brought us a fan since the living room AC did not work. We also asked if we can get a discount on the stay since we didn’t get what was advertised and they didn’t even get back to us.
The bathroom tiles and shower tiles had mold and mildew all over and we voiced our concern too but it didn’t matter.
It was really disappointing given the location seems to be close to everything. But the smell of mold and mildew was unhealthy.
