This quiet flat is in the perfect location to explore Venice. The bathroom was clean. The apartment was poorly appointed lacking guest instructions, minimal linens, minimal toilet paper, poor temperature control, and filthy floors upon arrival, despite a hefty cleaning fee. It was quiet, safe, and optimal for exploring the city, which are the most important qualities.

Perfect VRBO! Convenient, clean, everything we needed! We were 5 women and made this one bathroom apartment work for us due to mirrors and electrical outlets conveniently placed throughout the apartment. Manager Eleanora made it possible for us to drop off our luggage WAY before check in time so we could start enjoying the sights of Venice without hauling around our backpacks! Host was quick to respond at all times! Highly recommend this charming, up to date and conveniently located apartment! (Tucked awat from all the noise and hustle and bustle of this amazing city!)

Lovely apartment

We unfortunately only stayed one night in this lovely apartment. Instead of sleeping in the loft, my husband and I chose to stay downstairs on the pull out couch….. it was surprisingly comfortable! The neighborhood was very quiet and off the beaten path - which was refreshing. The only tip I would pass on is if you have a lot of luggage it is not a quick / easy trek from the train station as there are many bridges in between. A great solution is to pay a luggage runner to use their carts to do it for you so you can enjoy the walk. They make themselves available outside of the train station as well as on the route returning to the station. I would not hesitate to stay here again

Gorgeous property in a very cool building. The rooms are spacious and the full washer and dryer was great!! The location couldn’t be better - close to everything but tucked back in an off the beaten path courtyard so it was very quiet at night. Clean and well taken care of property. Great Spot in Venezia!!

This was a great property for our family of 5. It was comfortable, secure, and in great condition. It is in a perfect location near places to eat as well as key landmarks. The water taxi is a 5 minute walk which made getting around easy. The host, Eleonora, was awesome. She made things easy and was very responsive. We would certainly choose this property again!
