10/10 experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. It felt like a proper family business. Very quiet hotel in an excellent area to visit Venice. The breakfast was also fantastic. This will be for sure our trustworthy stop everytime we visit Venice

The Hotel was beautiful, clean and perfectly located. Breakfast was wonderful on the patio. Best of all was the staff. VERY friendly and helpful- taking care of all our needs. GREAT PLACE!!!

David Front desk took time to recommend great restaurants, how to get around, transit water bus system just great person very welcoming and polite. Lea housekeeper friendly and agin informative very pleasant to talk to. Hotel is unique spotless clean decorated in crystal chandeliers and almost a royal setting in furniture and decor. You will not be disappointed breakfast simple but everything one would need and more.

Away from hustle of St Marks or Rialto, in a quiet area near San Bernadette Square only 15mins walk away from both and no more than 30mins away from anywhere. David was incredibly welcoming on arrival, providing excellent guidance on getting about the city, restaurant recommendations and general information. Breakfast is supplied in a small dining area and courtyard by Leah each morning who again was incredibly welcoming and friendly. We forgot to advise of some dietary requirements ahead of our trip but on the morning of day 2 she had rectified the situation. Lovely continental breakfast provided daily consisting of meat, cheese, cereal, yoghurts, toast and croissants, plenty to get you through to late lunch. It is a small but perfectly formed hotel, our room, Chippendale, was a good size with an en-suite bath/shower & mini bar. Only thing lacking for me was a kettle for tea/coffee in our room, but was not an issue as we just went to the local square and sat and people watched while enjoying the coffee!! It was our anniversary while here, we mentioned it in conversation, when we return to our room later that day, our bed was beautifully decorated with a message from the staff, such a lovely gesture and much appreciated.

This hotel is awesome. The staff is amazing. So helpful with restaurant suggestions and how to get around Venice. The room was great and extremely quiet all the time even with the window open. Breakfast was amazing everyday!!! All around 5 stars!!!

This traditional hotel has six superior rooms. The breakfast is an excellent continental choice. The staff are excellent and nothing is too much trouble. We were directed to recommended restaurants and directions to places of interest. A short distance away from St Marks Square it is situated in a quiet area but a water buses stop at the end of the road.

Overall was good place. Room was too dark in my opinion but I understand that’s the Venetian style. Staff was good but reception staff many times was difficult to reach or high delays in responses view WhatsApp. It would be good to have some gadget in the shower because there is no place to put soap or shampoo inside.

We had an excellent stay at Ca 'Pagan. It was a perfect location - short walk from water bus from the airport with other public transit and water taxi stops very close by. It was easily walkable to San Marco square (10 min) but far enough away to not be right in the chaos. There were great shops and restaurants right by the hotel. The hotel itself was beautiful, comfortable and quiet. I traveled with my 5 year old son and we had everything we needed and felt extremely welcomed by the staff. Breakfast was excellent and there were many options that we both enjoyed. Our room was spacious and felt like a true Venice experience. We would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again if we return to Venice.
