Situated on the second floor of the residence and conveniently reachable by elevator as well as by stairs, Ca’ Del Monastero 3 accommodates up to four guests and enjoys peaceful views over the quiet “Salizada” and towards the charming walled garden of Venice’s Natural History Museum at the Fondaco dei Turchi.



The apartment opens onto a warm and welcoming open-plan living and dining area characterised by magnificent exposed wooden beams, elegant contemporary furnishings and soft natural tones enriched by vibrant mustard-yellow details that bring warmth and personality to the interiors. The comfortable L-shaped sofa creates an inviting setting for relaxing after a day discovering Venice, while the dining area comfortably seats four guests.



Just to the side sits the fully equipped kitchen and breakfast area, thoughtfully designed for both short and extended stays, complete with a cosy table ideal for a relaxed breakfast or quiet morning coffee.

Further along the apartment lies a charming twin bedroom with exposed beams and two single beds, one of which is pull-out style, making it particularly suitable for families or friends travelling together.



At the far end of the apartment sits the elegant master bedroom with double bed, where textured wall coverings, warm golden fabrics and soft lighting create a calm and intimate atmosphere. Carefully selected furnishings and contemporary open wardrobe elements enhance both comfort and practicality while maintaining the apartment’s refined and welcoming style.



The apartment is completed by an extra-large modern bathroom with spacious shower.

For larger groups wishing to stay close together while maintaining privacy, the residence also includes Ca’ Del Monastero 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9.



Please note that the operation of air conditioning and heating is subject to local regulations and condominium rules. In general, heating is available from mid-October to mid-April, while air conditioning is available from mid-April to mid-October. Please contact us for further information.



For arrivals between 8:00 p.m. and midnight, an additional “late arrival” fee of Euro 50 applies, payable in cash upon arrival. Arrivals between midnight and 1:00 a.m. can be arranged for an additional fee of Euro 100. After this time, we reserve the right to accept arrivals subject to an additional supplement depending on the arrival time.



Beds will be arranged as either doubles or twins as shown in the photos. The possibility of turning a double bed into twins or vice versa can be found in the description and must be requested at least 7 days before arrival.
