Located on the first floor of the residence, the apartment can be conveniently reached both by elevator and by stairs, and accommodates up to four guests. It enjoys charming views over Campo San Zan Degolà, the church and the quiet canal below.

At the rear of the apartment, the spacious master bedroom provides a more tranquil and private atmosphere, complete with a double bed, study area and refined interiors designed around comfort and understated elegance. A second bathroom with bathtub and shower completes the accommodation.

For arrivals between 8.00 p.m. and midnight there is an additional cost for "late arrival" of Euro 50, to be paid in cash upon arrival. We organize arrivals between midnight and one o'clock with an additional cost of Euro 100, after this time we reserve the right to accept the customer always with a supplement to be quantified according to the time of arrival.
