A spacious apartment with terrace consisting of: 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with bath and shower. The large open space includes the kitchen, dining room, living room, and opens up onto the terrace. The main bedroom is in in the top-floor attic and has its own small living area.

Located in the heart of the Castello district, the house is in a very quiet and picturesque area where you can experience real Venetian life. Via Garibaldi is close by, with its shops, restaurants, and food stores. Very convenient for visits to the Arsenale and the Giardini della Biennale.

CHECK-IN PROCEDURE

Check-in is normally scheduled from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and is free of charge until 8:00 PM; for arrivals between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM, there is an extra charge of €50.00, and for arrivals between 10:00 PM and 12:00 AM, the extra charge is €100.00. Arrivals between 12:00 AM and 9:00 AM are not accepted.

The Red House Company SRL organizes one check-in per rented apartment; any additional check-ins for other members of the group will incur a cost of €50.00 each.

Each guest staying in the apartment must present a valid identity document to the check-in agent in compliance with Italian legislation (art. 109 Regio Decreto 18.06.1931 Tulps).
