"Best breakfast I have ever had at a B&B! Casually sophisticated served in a great old mansion from the 1800's with a great history. The room I stayed in was comfortable and had the quietest air conditioning I have ever had anywhere. The gas fireplace made the room! Surprisingly quiet neighborhood too! Kudos to Drew and everyone at the Benn Conger Inn. My 6 night stay was great and I was happy I was able to pass on to you a new cooked egg technique."

"The person in reception did not know how to solve the problem, possible a new staff? The air condition in my room was not working and she said because I booked with Expedia she can not give me other room that match my reservation. At the end I was charged for food and beer that I never ordered and they after 2 days still didn’t return my money. Thanks"

"The historic inn was nicely renovated and well maintained with a lot of character. We were on the second floor and our room was spacious with what felt like a new mattress. The inn was clean and quiet. Very nice toiletries were provided. Breakfast was made to order and delicious--how special is that! "We were so glad we chose to stay here. It is a convenient walk to everything in the town of Skaneateles. The staff was very pleasant and friendly, and very attentive to our needs when we had difficulty with our tv. We enjoyed our time on the front porch. The bed was very comfortable, and parking was also very convenient. We would definitely stay here again."

"The room was not good. The office attendant was never there. There was mold on the shower curtain. The floor in the whole room was grimey The soap dish in the shower was all rusty and got all over the soap… It’s a cheap stay, and you get what you pay for. I felt safe at least! And the bedding wasn’t bad. The ac worked! The tv was hard to operate, but there was cable. Parking was easy."

"The unit we stayed in was charming with a kitchenette and a lovely spacious bathroom and a cute back patio. Easy access to the Finger Lakes Region. I would say the only downside was no free ice on site. You can VENMO your ice purchase, which is fine, if you have VENMO. We don’t."

"My room and bathroom were clean, even though there were a few worn spots on the night stand. The bed was comfortable and sheets clean. The sitting area was nice and I appreciated the long desk as I was there on a work trip. LOVED the window seat! For the first time, I checked in the vestibule with a live attendant on a check-in screen machine. The process was fine, just different."
