"Front office not very friendly. Checked in after 8 pm and had to wait for available room. Kept apologizing but made us feel we were inconveniencing them, not the other way around. We were patient and never said a word. Housekeeping was very accommodating and just pleasant people and same of valet. "

"This is predominantly a place for truckers, but don't let that deter you. The place is safe, with lots of security. The room was clean, comfortable and very nice. The staff was helpful. It's an unusual place that has everything you could need: a restaurant, a bar, a deli, a convenience store, a gas station, a laundromat, a barber, a post office, and even a cinema - all as part of the hotel. The shower was good, the air conditioning worked perfectly, the bed was comfy and huge (I will miss it), the tv was enormous, mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. They take pets for a reasonable price but the pet room was in great condition. Fresh to order pancakes in the morning. They allowed me to repeatedly extend my stay. This was a safe haven when I really needed it."
