"AVOID if you’re looking for luxury and exceptional service, I recommend the 5 star hotel down the street and would avoid this hotel. Front desk was disappointing and manager at many times was rude. Stay was uncomfortable. The house keeper was the shining light of the stay and was great. Had to move rooms due to broken door. The debacle lasted for hours. Should have been resolved faster. Older man porter/valet left half our belongings in the car instead of bringing everything up, causing multiple...
