Several shops closing. Very small. I like the deer park, but this was the first time I was in Veendam more than a day and there wasn’t much to do past that.

Very nice place especially for animal lovers. We loved being so closed to the horses. During our stay the washing machine broke down and the owners very quickly had it replaced with a new one. I was impressed with the hospitality and would stay here again!

Lovely accommodation, modern and stylish, had everything you need. Great location not far to walk into main area of town but quiet enough to get a good nights sleep. Cleaner was lovely and very helpful. Would definitely stay again.
