"I really enjoyed my stay. Staff were amazing , helpful and very friendly. The resort is showing signs of age . The pool needs refurbishment . There are areas where algae was present and the slide was not working all day. In saying this our kids all had great fun in the pool. The food was okay with a different menu everyday. I had a special occasion while there and the staff were amazing with arrangements , cake and decorations. Kids club was great . It was my first time at the Hideaway and my family and friends enjoyed our stay"

"Staff all welcoming and friendly. Particularly clean room. Can do better. Swim bar great, but should have toilets and showers close to pool. Breakfast fine, buffet meals reasonable. Some meats very dry and hard to chow. Loved the salads and variety of food. Occasionally food not warm enough. In the bedrooms no microwaves."

"Wonderful setting There were 5 adults and 2 boys (7 and 9)Plenty of room to mix or have own space. We had a great welcome from the property manager Pinky - who was also our chef for 3 evening meals. She made everything flow smoothly and was a great help when we needed help We loved our stay and very much appreciated the helpful staff."

"This is my favorite place! Very quiet, the staff are very kind, Amani is very helpful and always attentive to our well-being, thank you! I went snorkelling in front of my room and I even saw baby sharks. My diner was delicious I will definitely be back."
