"We have now stayed here 3 times. It’s a lovely hotel, not too big. Always, clean, quiet rooms with comfy beds and fresh towels and tidied room each day. Breakfast staff are very friendly. It’s your classic: bread, pastries, yogurts, fresh fruit, cakes, ham and cheese toasted pannis, walnuts, jams, cereal, boiled eggs to order and a toaster, with jam. Fresh coffee is offered, fruit juices and milk. Number 6 or 6l bus takes you into Venice around the corner. There is an amazing ice cream parlour...

"This is a modern hotel close to the bus stop to Venice and a short walk to the train station. Very pleasant staff. It's about a half hour walk into the pedestrian area of Mestre which I would recommend if you come back from Venice early enough to enjoy it."

"In abit of a down and out part of town, and right next to the train station (which helped for our 2am arrival), we were pleasantly surprised with smooth check in, free room upgrade, comfortable room and magnificent breakfast. Leaves continental breakfasts in the dust! A great option if you are staying in Venice area."

"Sehr nettes hilfsbereites Personal. Sehr saubere große Zimmer mit bequemen Bett grosses Bad mit Sehr guter Dusche. Sehr gutes Frühstück mit viel Auswahl an glutenfreien Produkten. Sehr aufmerksames Personal beim Frühstück. Parkplatz direkt am Hotel. Bushaltestelle für nach wenig nur wenige Schritte vom hotel entfernt. Die Tickets gür den Bus und den wassertaxis in venedig kann man vorab im hotel kaufen. Für uns war alles wirklich perfekt. Wären gerne länger geblieben. Absolut empfehlenswert."
