Great stay outside Vanersborg!

Nice surroundings with outdoor area of Halleberg and Hunneberg very close. Rooms quite with very nice beds. Breakfast top of the top. Great calue for money stay. We will be back for sure.

A peaceful oasis between old industry and farmland

Our hostess greeted us warmly, and we felt immediately at home! The room was very nice with two comfortable chairs (very rare these days!!). The bathroom was spacious and as clean as a whistle! The beds and pillows were great - we had a good night’s sleep. The breakfast was good and the coffee was great!! We definitely recommend this hotel!

Nice and warm place

Room was very hot when I arrived but luckily it was March so I could open the window. Personnel was very nice throughout the stay. Place is beautiful and I guess it is at its best during summer. They did not have kitchen during my stay, possibly due to only few guests. However they still arranged some food for me, but it was possibly frozen and re-heated portion. Food wasn't that great to be honest.

Very bad cleaning

During a stay of five nights, we never managed to get the room cleaned, despite the fact that we went down to the reception every night and morning to complain about the shortcomings, but nothing happened until the last day when a superficial cleaning took place

Det var så prisvärt, rofyllt och fint. Härlig gammal miljö med tidstypiska inredningsdetaljer. Rummet i huvudbyggnaden var så vackert och fint, i annexet lite äldre men rent och prydligt. Frukostbuffén var toppen och maten på kvällen i restaurangen var jättebra! Vi är så nöjda och rekommenderar varmt att bo här.

Rummet var slitet, tapet borta på garderobsdörr. Duschen inte fräsch såg ut att ha svartmögel. Handdukstork verkade ur funktion Lyhört speciellt då hundar bodde i denna byggnad. Bra om man frågar om Icke hundägare är ok med den typ av boende , det borde man informeras om. Maten var utmärkt. Rekommenderas varmt

Har blivit väldigt populärt vilket innebär att det är svårt att få parkering nära hotellet. Fin ny bardel men stänger tidigt om alls öppet vilket är lite synd då Vargön inte har så mycket att erbjuda. Men kolla ifall restaurangen är öppen så löser dom det. Synd att det inte finns någon hänvisning i receptionen när den är stängd
