Very nice room - large with seating area - kind of colonial style. We had dinner at the restaurant- it was good but not fantastic. What made our stay great, though was the breakfast. Excellent servings - and Sue, our waiter, was wonderful and attentive :)

The hotel was lovely, and once the spa renovations are finished it will be an incredible place to stay. Just now many spa functions did not work. The location is incredible. Service staff were all kind and helpful. Things that i think need improving - tea/coffee making facilities in room - and black out blinds or drapes - the room was far too bright (May) which made it hard to sleep. I liked the concept of the tapas style breakfast but it needs indicated on the menu.

Hotellet är fint, ligger fint och har en fin strand. Fint och välutrustat gym. Vi reste med vår yngsta dotter som är under 13 år och hon blev jättebesviken eftersom inomhuspoolen/poolerna inte fick användas av barn under 13 år. Om det inte hade varit vackert väder och varmt hade resan varit en katastrof. Hon fick även bada på simstadion i de mindre poolerna medan storasyster tävlade i Bockstensdoppet. Frukosten var sådär, gott första möjligtvis andra dagen, därefter tröttnade vi på menyn. Ingen barnvänlig frukost. Kort så avråds familjer med barn under 13 år att boka in sig på hotellet. Hade vi inte haft barn under 13 år hade vi kunnat bada i pool och nyttja spa. Hotellet borde införa tider då familjer får använda poolen. Frukosten som sagt lite tråkig och saknar alternativ. Möjligen för att spara pengar/ha kontroll på ekonomin? Personalen trevlig och hjälpsam! Vuxenhotell och ”bubbeldrickarvänligt”. Vi kanske åker tillbaka till när alla barnen fyllt 13 år och om frukostkonceptet ändras. Hotellet har potential med rätt inställning och tänk.

Väldigt nöjd efter ett dygn på detta hotell. Ett mycket vackert hotell med mycket historik i en i otrolig omgivning med utsikt över havet. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Frukosten är väl genomtänkt med både a la carte möjligheter och buffé. Rummet var väl tilltaget med två separata sovrum och lagom stort badrum. Tyst och lugnt på dagen som på kvällen. Vi återvänder och kommer då boka på spadelen som vi ej hade möjlighet/tid till denna gång.

Min hustru och jag tillbringade tr dagar på Varbergs Kusthotell. Vi hade vår hund med oss och det var tydligen något problem med bokningen. Vi fick ett uppgraderat rum med havsutsikt! Tyvärr så saknades kylskåp i rummet, men receptionen hjälpte oss med kylförvaring av hundmaten. Just bristen på kylskåp i rummet var den största bristen. Maten i restaurangen var mycket god, men mycket begränsad meny. Troligen för att många gäster inte stannar mer än en dag. För vår del blev det att besöka restaurang vid närliggande camping. Vi tillbringade även en eftermiddag på hotellets SPA. Mycket fint och nyrenoverat. Mycket trevlig personal. Ett stort plus för hotellet är närheten till havet och en mycket fin sandstrand. Vi kan verkligen rekommendera en vistelse på hotellet.
