Nice and clean simple room with everything you need. I was surprised it was actually a large comfortable room and the beds were great. There’s also a place to shop 5 min away!

Had everything we needed. Self access was easy enough. Bus stop to Billund centre or Veijle very close by. Supermarket near by too. Room was clean. Go sleep responded very quickly to messages. Not a bad choice for a place to stay if going to Legoland and don't have Lego Hotel budget.

Perfect stay not far from billund

Vandel is a very quiet village and it wasnt far to walk to the supermarket. We didnt have a car so it was great to have the bus stop a minute from the door. The bus was always on time. Our apartment was the perfect stay for all our legoland activities and very clean, tidy and everything worked. We arrived around 11pm and had a code to enter the property and initially thought this was for the black keysafe. I messaged the property contact via whatsapp and they responded immediately to advise you slide a part on the door handle up to reveal a key pad! Once we discovered this we had no other issues. Those who slept on the sofabed didnt sleep as well after a few nights, but we would all definitely book this apartment again if we return to the area. It was a great holiday full of wonderful memories.

Ok if you have access to e mail otherwise you don't get the code to get in even though a phone number was given. Had to call Expedia who were very helpful. All owners need to be able to provide info in more ways not just e nail. A bit more info ie regarding local buses or taxis, info about the kitchen would have been useful too. The vending machines were not well stocked and the coffee machine didn't work plus no tea, The room its self was very good and clean . Good place for airport users. Please use a different disinfectant though. Smelt like a swimming pool when we entered. Not good for asmatics like myself

The innovative door opening function, the possibility of checking in without staff and the associated information required were excellent. Among other things, the presentation of the rooms on the booking portal was not so pleasant. The fact that it is a communal kitchen is unpleasant. I also found the loud slamming room doors and the guests who can be heard very loudly through the walls/doors disturbing. However, the bed was absolutely unacceptable! An extremely soft mattress - if you can even call the thin topper that - which caused severe back pain and dirty sheets covered in hair and crumbs! The above-mentioned things and the fact that the room had a strange smell could perhaps be overlooked, but the bed (the main reason for renting a room) should be given more attention as a landlord!

Good place to stay as a family visiting Lego in Billund. Next to the bus stop which is convenient. The bathroom could to with brighter lighting over the mirror but overall a good place to stay
