"My stay here was beyond delightful. Staff was sooo helpful, from helping me book an airport transfer to helping me find stores and restaurants nearby. The response time was 24/7 and so fast. I can’t recommend it enough. The palazzo is BEAUTIFUL and so so so nice to just walk around and admire. Only thing is there are lots of stairs so be prepared. "The hotel is within easy walking distance of the airport bus stop if you haven’t much baggage. It’s very close to the metro station which is one stop from the train station. This was very convenient for me since I used Catania as a base to explore Taormina and Siracusa. It is around 15 minutes walk from the duomo and main tourist sites.
