The hotel was nice and comfortable, we had a good stay. The room was clean but it would have benefitted from warmer/thicker sheets in the beds. The service was good but the instructions for the use of the jacuzzi were unclear so we were unable to use it.

For the price of the room, one should espect great service. Unfortunately and besides the staff being very friendly, the continous lack of service at the facilities (mainly restaurant and spa) leaves a strong disconfort to think of coming back again

Está hermosa, divina, tal cual las fotos. Las personas que te reciben, la que te ayuda con el desayuno, todos en general son muy amables. El único “PERO” es que Expedía no hace el cargo a tu Tarjeta, debes de llegar y pagar directo ahí en el lugar y si pagas con TC te cargan el 4% adicional de comisión. ...
