To begin with, outside the villa, you will enjoy several terraced areas including:
- A south-facing terrace overlooking the pool
- A "lounge" area with two beds perfect for afternoons of absolute relaxation
- A lower terrace with garden furniture, at the heart of the villa, for endless aperitifs at sunset
- An additional terrace extending from the living area with a dining table for 10 people
A barbecue, a pool, and sun loungers are provided for maximum holiday enjoyment! (Mattresses and floats available).
No surrounding noise will disturb your tranquility with family or friends, as the singing of birds and cicadas in the morning is not considered a noise nuisance.

Inside, the 170m² house, decorated with a taste for travel, is perfectly arranged and built over two levels, offering you:

- A living room with a Smart TV (Apple TV connection available), sofas, and coffee tables, directly opening to the outside. A large selection of board games is at your disposal.
- An open kitchen with a central island, fully equipped (small and large appliances, a complete range of dishware, etc.).

- A laundry/pantry.
- All opening onto the exterior terrace with a dining table for 10 people.
- A master suite with a dressing room, queen-size bed, and en-suite shower room (without WC).
On the first floor, you will find:
- A second bedroom with a queen-size bed, chest of drawers, and wardrobe.
- A third bedroom identical to the second.
- A bathroom adjacent to these two bedrooms.
- A fourth children's bedroom with two single beds, dressers, and storage.

- Access to the property in 30 minutes by car from Nice Côte d'Azur Airport.
- 20 minutes from the A8 motorway exit.
