The hotel is located in a central location! The best thing about this hotel is that and the staff! Very accommodating and helpful. Even though it’s located in a prior palace (so much history) we just didn’t prefer the more modern, dimly lit hotel rooms.

We had a wonderful stay at Caro Hotel in Valencia. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with so much character and history, while still feeling stylish, comfortable and luxurious. The location is fantastic for exploring the town, whole atmosphere of the hotel is peaceful and elegant. Our room was beautifully presented, comfortable and spotlessly clean and the attention to detail throughout the hotel really stood out. The staff were friendly, welcoming and professional, which made the stay feel even more special. We loved our stay and would happily return. Highly recommended!

First, the staff were truly incredible going above and beyond in welcoming us when arriving and throughout the stay. I've truly never stayed at a place with such exceptional staff customer service. Second, the hotel itself is amazing. The modern upgrades in a historic location - literally museum elements in the hotel. It's in a great location to wal into town. Our room was spacious and comfortable, the amenities were top notch. This is one of the best, if not the best, hotels I've ever stayed at. I only wish we could have stayed longer than two days!

Excellent experience all the way through. Easy check in, very accommodating and welcoming. The area is nice and quiet away from any noise. Mini bar is complimentary, water, sodas, juices and snacks (crisps, olives and peanuts) Tea/Coffees also complementary with a wide selection. The paid bar, has a wide range selection of alcohol. The staff are very attentive, before you ask, it’s already done. The staff upgraded our room to a suite which was very nice. Definitely recommend and would stay again. Thank you to whole team for such a memorable time.

Beautiful hotel! The staff were incredibly sweet and helpful, the location was fantastic, and the property has such a unique charm. The only minor downside was that the shower floor was quite slippery, so it’s something to be mindful of. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

Though situated on a quiet street, Caro Hotel is centrally located to the historic center of Valencia as well as Turia Gardens. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely book again next time we’re in Valencia.

Our stay at the Claro Hotel was very unique and top notch! Our check in was very informative and they made us feel very informed! Every evening, we were delivered 2 treats and the next day’s weather forecast on a little card! The inroom bar is free and they restock daily! Excellent service and kind staff!
