"The location is excellent, and the breakfast buffet was good. But they don't provide the self-laundry facility."

"location is quite far out of prague center, about 30-45 minutes on Metro and 45-60 by tram. Check in was slow and staff didn't really seem to know what they were doing. I did try the self check in machine but they didn't work. In the morning using the lift was a disaster, sometimes talking up to 15 minutes to get from room to reception. The place was so busy that when u was leaving I couldn't get out the door! There was a large group who decided to block the door and nobody could get past. I bought late check out. First time I tried to get back into the room the key didn't work. Back down 18 floors on the slowest lift in the world. I went back later just before I was due to checkout and the key didn't work. I stood in a queue, 5 members of staff ignored me.. they walked past, chatted to each other and eventually I had to interrupt. They key eventually was reactivated and after the door journey back up... the key didn't work. AGAIN! I was told it was because it was last checkout time... yes, because the key didn't work! Another return trip on the slowest lift and finally it worked. You could excuse things like this if the price reflects the service. Staff all seemed very young and not well trained or knowledgeable and room was not good value."

"This hotel is within walking distance of the main attractions, nightclubs, and the main squares. I would stay here again."

"Great location and a couple of minutes from astronomical tower, old town square etc. Street at night can get a bit loud. Hotel was “switching” from winter to summer and the room was quite warm after the first real warm day. Staff came to turn off the floor heating because of this we were unable to use the AC and had to open the windows."

"The Grandior Hotel was everything I wanted in a Prague Hotel. The room was very clean, all Staff were friendly and welcoming and the breakfast buffet had a wonderful spread. The location made it easy to see all of the attractions. I purchased the Hop on Hop off bus tickets right at the hotel."

"Great location, isn’t super close to city centre but is very good area, surrounded by some attractions 25 / 35 minutes walking distance. Pancraks is a great location… lots of locals and very good food…"

"Very close to subway. Good breakfast. Clean and modern room. The only thing that was concerning is the sound isolation is weak. I heard my neighbor from the adjacent room talking, and he heard me, but it is common in most hotels now around the world. I would still recommend this place."
