Couple exploring the Netherlands

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this friendly, clean hotel. Service was brilliant. Fantastic breakfast. The walk along the canal into the center of Utrecht took about 30 mins. We found a lovely cafe on the way. Could not fault our stay at all. Thank you 😊

Great hotel; fabulous staff!

The hotel is fabulous, really clean, beautiful location, comfortable and the shower was actually hot and powerful! What sets this hotel apart is the staff, though, they are all truly wonderful and nothing was too much trouble. They sell everything you could need in the reception too, so if you are forgetful like we were on this trip, you don’t need to worry!

A little off the beaten path, but this what makes it so appealing. Bicycle friendly, and quiet hotel for those seek these qualities. Just for those who care, it is a basic hotel room. You won’t find clock radios, bar fridge or irons in your room. I don’t need those things so it was perfect. Super friendly staff and great breakfasts. When I come back to Utrecht, this will be the hotel I choose again.

You cant go wrong with IBIS! We have stayed in them around the world and you cant beat the price, fabulous & professional staff, clean facilities, and very efficiently laid out rooms. Highly recommend staying here in Utrecht, quiet area, easy to get around with public transportation, and wish we had been more aware that there was hotel bikes! Missed opportunity on our part.

I did enjoy the nice and comfortable stay, staff were kind and understanding, only issue was the fact that they had no iron or refrigerator or microwave. Overall Pretty good, tram about 4 min away from the hotel where it takes you to Nova Winkelcentrum/Utrecht Centraal.

At least 30 minutes walk from the train station. Staffs are nice. Rooms are tiny without any basic complementary stuff. Comfy bed indeed. Not feeling good when you are tired and arriving late but the bathing area is siltation. Overall it's a bit pricy.

Wall was dirty, right beside my bed. It’s a visible stain that should have been easy to wipe down. Other than that, it was good enuf. We were given a kettle with choice of tea, but no coffee which was unusual.
