"Staff = 5/5 Forgive me, I cannot recall the exact names of the front desk staff, but Audrey (or Aubrey) and Mr. Shaun (Shawn, Sean) LOL, they were phenomenal! The entire front desk crew was solid, but those two truly stood out. They were welcoming, helpful, and made the experience that much better. I would honestly book here again because of them alone. I stayed in a one-room king bed, which was comfortable overall. Housekeeping comes daily unless you place a do not disturb sign, and they did a good job for the most part. There were a few small areas where cleaning could have been more thorough. I noticed a couple of crumbs and things on the floor upon check-in, especially in corners and crevices. Overall, it was a good stay. The hotel did have a slightly eerie vibe at times, but that could have just been my experience traveling alone. The location is a big plus, it’s within walking distance to great spots, and I felt safe walking around, even at night."

"The capsules are being upgraded and now have lockable doors instead of curtains, and charging stations / outlets that work well! Plus, lockers are now also accessible via the Goku app. Staff was helpful as always. Even better experience than I've had in the past. "

"The room was lovely but they are severely understaffed. I had heard they were going through bankruptcy, but no one ever answered the front desk phone and valet parking didnt open until 7:00 a.m. As i said the hotel/rooms were beautiful. "

"The overall experience qas good. It was spacious and close to where we needed to go. Some helpful improvements would be directions to use the TV and all wifi information available. There could also be better water pressure in the shower. Other than that it was great! Thank you!!"
