"We stayed for seven days. It was uncomfortable to only have two forks two spoons. We had to wash every time we ate. It felt like the space had been sitting a while. There were lots of spiderwebs. The fans had a coat of dust on them. That was sickening. This is my first negative review ever! I appreciated the beautiful Patuxent river and the quick response and communication with the owner. "Parking was at a premium. If renting a car, good luck finding a place to park it. The property had an "old" smell upon entering. There was no empty storage for our things for a multi-day stay. We were also bitten many times by some insect, most likely in bed."

"This place was above expectations. It included everything I needed and more. It was quiet and very convenient. Parking wasn’t too much of a hassle, I was able to park right in front of the building every night for my week stay. Public transportation and convenient stores within walking distance. Will definitely book while in DC again. "
