"Staff very helpful and pleasant. Especialy Carlton. He was there working his tail off from early morning until late night doing everything from helping with luggage to cleaning the common areas to providing a much needed deck of playing cards. A real nice person. Building is old and our room had a slight musty scent but nothing that we complained about. Breakfast was decent, no complaints there. I would recommend avoiding the expensive cocktails and sticking with wine or beer. Either that or request straight forward simple cocktails like bourbon on the rocks etc. * A really really great feature is a parking garage located across the street and the hotel validates every ticket from the garage. Over a 2 night stay we were in and out of the garage 6 times so the hotel validation saved us alot of parking costs."

"We always have a good experience at Marriott's and this was no exception. This one is clean and modern which I find true of all of them. If I had to complain about something I would say the daily breakfast didn't offer any type of potatoes and the sausage was "turkey sausage" 3 days in a row during our visit. It's fine but I prefer pork sausage or bacon every once in a while. I usually see those things at other Marriott breakfasts. King bed was comfortable with soft sheets/bedding which has been the norm at other Marriott's as well. We did use the fitness center a couple times and it had 4 treadmills, 3-4 ellipticals, several dumb bells and other stuff."

"Loved the jacuzzi and the pool. Breakfast was great. & the club , club Safari is right next to the hotel and was great because I didn’t have to go far for a night out. The DJ was awesome. Loved seeing the hotel cat around in the lobby :) . Staff were polite and helpful. Overall I really enjoyed my stay and will book here again with no problem!"

"We had a wonderful stay at the Royal Sonesta Harbor Court in Baltimore for my birthday weekend! The hotel was beautiful and made our getaway feel extra special. It was such a lovely place to celebrate, enjoy time together, and create birthday memories that I’ll always treasure. The view from our 8th floor bedroom window was beautiful. I’m so glad we chose it for our stay and would love to return!"

"Great property - embassy suites always top notch. My visit was marred two nights in a row - 1st with crazy wild loud party in the atrium, heard in every guest room, until almost midnight. 2nd, a fella had a major breakdown, screaming at top voice at the lady with him (again, heard by every room) for about an hour. Eventually police were summoned, and the gentleman was escorted from the premises. Strange thing though - both morning front desk persons claimed they had not heard anything about either incident. Now, I've worked in hotels, and everybody knows what happens and where in a hotel. I found it strange that embassy suites staff would disavow knowledge of two incidents that every guest in the hotel heard - to my face, no less. No apology, no perk, no partial refund - nothing. I may think twice before booking embassy suites again."
