"Clean room, got warm cookies when we checked in. It’s a huge property. The pool looked nice. The shuttle to the airport was convenient and easy. We had a balcony on our room which was nice."

"Amazing!! Loved it here. The staff is super helpful, plenty of parking, and the room was gorgeous! Only note: wish they had a better selection for breakfast (protein options) . Other than that, it was maybe 40 mins away from the city, so not crazy far and for the price , totally worth it!! Very cute and convenient town to stay in!"

"The gals at the front t desk were so helpful. I had booked at another hotel thats was absolutely disgusting. They understood and said it happened frequently. They had me in a room in minutes. I needed some ice for my room and the gal at the bar gave me a huge bag of ice. I highly recommend."

"Had a room on 25th floor. GREAT view of Mt. Rainier (weather permitting). Allowed access to morning breakfast and various snacks and sodas during the day. Room lacked storage space with no drawers in furniture. Room cleaning service was sketchy. We could leave our room at 10:00 AM and come back at 3:00 PM and room had not been cleaned. Three days we needed to use the “no clean” service since we wanted to use the room and it had not been cleaned. Bar did not open to 4:00 PM. Bummer !! Overnight parking is $30/day. However, it is safe parking. We have recommended this hotel to friends who will be visiting Tacoma."
