"This is a very loud hotel based on my experience -- very loud in the early hours of the morning - after midnight ( have stayed here 2 times it was very loud both times) One of the staff at the free breakfast was very rude to me an another guest as we were in line at the buffet ~ maybe the guy was just having a bad day. The room was very clean and modern The check in and check out staff were very friendly"

"Really enjoyed my two night stay. Breakfast was great and the proximity to both baseball and football stadiums was A+. Staff is helpful and friendly. Wish they could dispense with the added parking charge but that is unlikely in most centrally located urban settings."

"Loved the beautiful historic building! Staff were wonderful and so helpful! Units were very nice and roomy. Everything was very clean! Location was perfect to Strip District, downtown, DLL convention center, and even North Side if you don’t mind a walk. Check-in and parking were a bit of a problem but easily handled by front desk staff. GPS takes you to a paid parking lot beside the building and not into the actual entrance to the hotel. We loved the coffee machine in the lobby!! It’s amazing!"
